Jo is interested in faith based international development both as an academic researcher and a practitioner and is interested in translating across these sectors. She works part time as research and learning advisor to USPG, a 300 year old Anglican mission agency engaged in community development and theological education around the world. She has a particular interest in the intersections of religion and health and Christianity and sexuality in cross cultural perspective. Jo works as the project co-ordinator for the AHRC-funded research network ‘Keeping Faith in 2030: Religions and the Sustainable Development Goals’.
