Jörg Haustein is interested in historical and current dimensions of religions in Africa, with a special interest in their intersection with development efforts. He is on the steering group of the DSA Religions and Development study group 'Religion and Development' and Co-Investigator of the AHRC-funded research network 'Keeping Faith in 2030: Religions and the Sustainable Development Goals'.
